We need a designer to export a basic EDM design (currently in a jpeg format) into a Dreamweaver file according to the advertiser specs. Design needs to be responsive for mobile/iPad and optimised for the usual email programs and browsers. Job needs to be done in 24 hours. Design is very basic and all photos etc are provided.
