Fast convert PSD to mini 2 page website

--::INTRODUCTION::-------- Looking for an HTML CSS expert who can convert a PSD file into 2 HTML/CSS coded pages. See the attached PDF for the details and the examples of the design. The page design is very simpel. A big wide image on top, a row with text, a row with 3 icons, then the content and a text footer. It is a very simple responsive (also for mobiles) webdesign. So you just need to convert a PSD file into HTML without any sliders / mouse-over effects / etc.. We will send you the PSD and you create 2 HTML / CSS files. But..... we do need it fast. --::DELIVERY / PLANNING::-------- We would like to see results within 8 hours. Bids with short delivery times get plus points in our selection of the provider.
