Hi! I wrote and illustrated a children’s book called Bye-Bye Mommy’s milk! It is a Weaning guide: the first half is illustrated and for the child, the second part is text for the mom. It’s Turkish version was published last year in Turkey and now I would like to publish the English version on Amazon’s KDP self-publishing platform. I need a graphic designer to copy the layout of the turkish book into a pdf. There is not much creativity involved in this job, it is rather technical. The cover has to be created again by copying the one that has been made for the Turkish book. I have a word document with the text and the illustrations are in psd format. You can see the pdf here: [login to view URL] The cover is in attachment. I would like the job to be finished for mid february latest. I am looking for someone reliable, who can read and respect instructions and who likes work well done. If you think you are the right person for this project, let’s talk! Details: The trim size is 8x10 inches (which is slightly bigger then the Turkish version) and the book is 74 pages (first half is illustrated, the second part is only text) My illustrations in psd format: [login to view URL] The illustratons have been drawn in landscape format BUT the book needs to be portrait format. The pdf needs a bleed. To calculate the necessary bleed, you need to use Amazon’s calculator: [login to view URL] For the font that goes with the illustrations, in Turkey they did not leave me any choice. for the English version I would like something more fun and thought about using two different fonts. I like the following example because when certain words are written in a different font it helps the reader to insist on these words when reading. [login to view URL] This is the cover and back cover that I created with SketchesPro and it has to be redone in an appropriate program. On the English version iI DO want a colorful title otherwise nobody notices the book when placed on a shelf. It’s the same font and colors then on the cover and back cover. Melody
