I need a new website and smartphone app for the same

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. We are looking for a dashboard style website. User creates the account and logs in. The information taken during account creation will be used for data fetch from the sql database or may be AWS Dynamodb. -The data is timeline based,every data set has a timestamp column. -Dashboard should display the data in the form of timeline charts.  -It should have the options to fetch and perform operations (Max, Min, Avg) basically different queries. The shopping cart should include monthly subscription options. and based on the level of subscription the features in dashboard will vary. At this moment I can only share this overview of the requirement to help you generate a quote. We can discuss the detailed project at the next level of engagement.
