Home Designs - Chief Architect

I am a new home sales consultant and I am considering hiring someone to provide me with designs with very short turn around - 1-2 days. The designs are floor plan only (no elevations) with plan of robes, kitchen cabinets etc included) and preferred to be in Chief Architect format. Often they are designs that are adjustments from pre-existing designs that I will provide in PDF format with hand written notes explaining changes required. Sometimes they are one-offs that I will provide a scanned hand drawn mud map. Please confirm what rate you will charge and turn around times and that you can provide in chief architect software. Will consider fixed price per drawing or hourly rate - confirm your preference. Generally, design is for a 250m2 house
