Create animated HTML/CSS website from designs.

If you bid on this project and send me a copy/pasted message I will delete you immediately. I have a website designed and I need a animated and responsive html/css page created. I am not looking for the programming to be done, just the html/css work. We are a high-end canvas photo printer. Here you can see the animation for the front page: [login to view URL] You can download to see highest quality. Note that this movie is of a slightly older design, but the animation will be the same. The jpg I included is the latest design. Included in this project are jpgs of the rest of the pages. I will send the full PSDs to whoever I chose to do the work. I want the page to be responsive and scale down the front page artwork as much as possible to wider or more narrow screens. The css/html has to be extremely clean and efficient. It must look the same on all modern browsers. I want everything to be as simple and as small as possible. I need the page to load extremely quick so be smart about how it is done. Thank you!
