Building a new Purchasing organization team in a Shared Service Centre. To show employees their possibilities to develop in the organization, I need a KAR (Key Area of Responsibility) list, which show the requirements and the needed steps like e. g. qualification, experience etc for each job level. Soft as well as Hard skills. Job levels are Junior Specialist, Specialist, Senior Specialist, Team Coordinator, Team Leader, Manager, Head of Department Main tasks are of the organization are Processing and monitoring all aspects of the procurement process, from incoming purchasing requests within SAP to handling of blocked invoices according to defined rules, content, delivery requirements and required documents Creation and closing of purchase orders based on defined rules and regulations Processing of responses from suppliers (e.g. comparison order confirmation with order) Monitoring of delivery deadlines according to defined rules Escalation solving (e.g. delivery deviations) Processing of deviations in billing and goods receipt caused by the supplier Complaint support towards supplier Properly documenting and archiving documents according to defined requirements Master data maintenance (e.g. supplier/material master data) CIP - continuous improvement process within assigned responsibilities Providing helpdesk services for internal customers

Crafting Job Descriptions and identifying KRAs are the tasks that I normally do as a freelance HR Consultant. I have extensive experience in creating KRA, job descriptions and candidate profiles in terms of skills and competencies. From the information you have provided only a very limited KAR/KRA document can be created. To create a worthwhile KAR document for each role one would need much more information. To me this is more of a consulting project which would typically cost several 1000 euros. If you can share more information, I'll be able to refine my bid and timelines.
