Need a Painting on Canvas

I would like to commission a canvas painting of our home. There's a little story here, so please bear with me … My wife and I married in 1994, took jobs in Houston, TX, and bought our first home. It was a wonderful little brick house; we loved it. When we sold the Houston house and moved to Oil Springs, KY a few years later, my wife's aunt commissioned a painting of the house and gave it to us a Christmas present. That painting has hung in our Oil Springs home for over 20 years. We consider it a dear possession. It's painted on a 20”x16” canvas. I would like to commission a “matching” painting of our current Oil Springs home, done in the same style as the original Houston house painting. The goal will be to hang them side-by-side in our next home and have them appear to be companion paintings. I'm not sure what type(s) of paint or techniques were originally used, so I am including several photos of the Houston house painting that show some zoomed-in detail. I hope the attached files are helpful. In addition, I have selected a photo of our current home in Oil Springs, KY (similar perspective).
