My Greetings, Going Down to the Chase: I couldnt reach your whole project's brief, nevertheless, I know you need to create an App in orde to modify or process 2d/3D images. We could do this by using many many, so mnay tools but my advice is that you to send me thw whole project. We could use for the coding, well, everything where we could use OpenCV like Python, Java, etc... but we could use ImageJ, Matlab, etc. Tell me if you want to work with me, I've been workind inside this world for more than 25 years. I have a lot of experience in Computer Vision applications / image and video processing in mobile and windows applications.
