Tours and Retreats Provider Seeks Commission Based Social Media Professional

I create and host several tours and retreats in India during the winter which attract participants from the U.S., Canada, and many countries in Europe. The tours are focused on yoga, wellness, and wildlife. As the product developer and hostess, I am unable to find the time for the sales & marketing activities required to fill all the seats (about 100). I am seeking an online sales & social media expert who has some understanding of my products to partner with me in exchange for a % of the ticket sales. I make all the content - newsletters, sales pages, email blasts, social media ads, PR, blogs, video, etc. Now I need the right person who can spread the word and engage with people about the opportunities we provide. This is a great opportunity for earning an income from home. I require weekly meetings and a weekly report of activities. ROI is based solely on seats filled. Payment is commission only at 15% of ticket (from USD 150-200 per seat). Commission payment is through bank transfer monthly during my 'seats filling' months: July-October, leaving the rest of the year for marketing activities warming up the public for the following season. This is a year round position.
