Website Maintenance Management & Social Media Marketing

I need a Manager to oversee my adult dating website & perform Social Media Marketing for my website, on a daily basis. The website is set to launch shortly. To start: You will follow up with the web designer to ensure that everything is ready to go. You will ensure with the developer that the correct template is in place. You will then follow up to ensure that the mobile app's are in place and ready to go. You will also be given all of the information for the company that provides the server and bandwith, should any issues arise. The dating site will be free to all users, so to generate revenue you will be responsible for "Banner Advertising and adsense" suggestions and implementation. Since it is a free site, you will also be responsible for discontinuing and purging any members who have not been active for more than 30 days. Once the website is up and operating, you will than shift your primary focus to SEO & Social Media Marketing as your primary duty. All candidates should provide a vision and set of goals that they can provide. Candidates should also discuss any website management/social media marketing experience that they may have. Over time, this could potentially lead to more responsibility and increased income as additional websites are possibly added. Communication is key! I like to communicate via email very frequently. This ensures that we are all on the same page, and of one mind. Unfortunately, recently I had to terminate the relationship with a group for failure to communicate, follow directions and failure to work. If you don't like to communicate, follow directions and/or work, than please don't apply for this project, because it is not for you. To protect all parties concerned, payments will be made and distributed as requested milestones are achieved.
