Debug plagiarism detection code

We are looking for an experienced Java programmer to debug code for an online plagiarism detection system. The input to the system is a text file in Arabic and the output is a web page displaying the text with the plagiarized contents highlighted along with their identified online sources.
The system was developed by a small team of programmers but it is not producing the desired output. All the modules were implemented. We need the following things done.
(1) Debug and fix the code to generate the desired output.
(2) Add a feature to take PDF and Word documents as input instead of plain UTF-8 text files.
The system is the outcome of a research project and the architecture and other details are available in the attached paper.
