Create an online Homework, essay, and academic Site!

Create a site that accepts all common forms of INTERNET payment (paypal, cc, egold, webmoney, altertpay, echecks, etc.) where users can post their homework doing services and set their own price, and other users can post requests. It must be futuristic looking 3. it must have a pleasing UI 4. It must be SEO and show up in the top results 5. It must charge a $.99 fee for Buyers (included in displayed cost) and somehow give it to me The final product must be hosted and have a domain (you get to pick it, but it must be marketable and show up in search results). Overall you are in charge of every aspect of the site until you turn it over to me.
