The GUI is going to be the interface to a system to work as a personal training advisor. The user will have the ability to track their performance in getting fit. There should be components to allow the user to: Store data for their Body Mass Index (BMI); Record any training activities they have undertaken; Record their diet over the period (day, week month and year) o What they ate and what nutrition this involved; o What the kilo Jules were for their meals and what their targets were; Add photos or other links to their system. You may wish to think about adding a MySQL or other database to your system or You could develop an XML database. However A simple flat file (comma separated file) would be adequate.”
