We are a web development company Based in Germany and Bosnia specializing in ecommerce and elearning. We are seeking a part-time Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for our business. Our core offerings include web development, web site redesigns and day-to-day support (i.e. implementing web sites, blogs, social media, landing pages, ecommerce sites, elearning systems, Moodle, WordPress etc.) We are proficient in several CMS/LMS platforms like WordPress, Moodle, Joomla!, WooCommerce, Shopify and our clients typically utilize Wordpress and/or Moodle. Here are some things companies use our services for: • Development of small-to-large LMS systems for Universtities and corporate training, • Development of company websites, • Design and development of eCommerce systems, • Various software integrations. Our target audience are: 1) marketing directors at midsized companies and 2) small business owners As a Business Development Representative, your role is to seek out and engage “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting. To do this, you will leverage our existing leads and generate new interest through social media messaging, participation in online communities, emails and calls. When connecting with a prospect, you will learn about their business challenges to determine whether or not WIP (Work in Progress) will serve as a solution. When you have identified a qualified prospect, your goal is to concisely communicate the value of our services and gain interest in a deeper conversation with one of our Sales Account Executives. Here is what you could be doing on a daily basis: -Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads (between 30 and 40 per day) -Identifying new prospects via relevant social communities/web sites/blogs, participating in online conversations with our target audience, researching individuals or companies to gather more information about their demographics/needs and beginning to interact with those leads and build trust -Work closely and collaboratively with a Sales Representative to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans -Schedule online marketing assessments with a Sales Representative -Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects Curious if you're a fit?
