Family law lawyer in Kathmandu Nepal

Our son was born in Nepal some 6 years ago. We have his birth certificate. For the purpose of foreign citizenship we are now required to legalize it. However, Nepal is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention and any official document must be certified by the court and by the ministry of foreign affairs. I am looking for a lawyer to take care of this procedure. This is not an urgent task, but the payment will be received only after the document will be accepted by the authorities/embassy.
