FreePBX move/clone from VPS to Dedicated Server w/All Data

1.) We have an existing FreePBX [login to view URL] distro machine running on a VPS with CentOS currently. 2.) We want to replicate/cloning and move it to a new fresh dedicated server. All data must remain intact precisely the same once moved. Then, once moved and verified all data is there upgrade the FreePBX version from 13 to 14.x (latest stable). 3) Verify again that it is all working after the latest stable update. Then, create a snapshot/backup (our team will assist if required on this step to our backup bucket in backblaze/aws) 4) Be available to assist with any technical hurdles needed when redirecting our SIP provider Twilio to point from old server to new server. This changeover must be performed after 8:00 PM EST and complete prior to 11:59PM EST that same day; you must be available in this window in case difficulties arise. 5) Once all complete, perform last backup snapshot of production status. Milestones will be paid in this manner: 1) 50% funded upfront on award 2) 50% funded upfront once you move the full data version 13 to new server completed 3) 100% released once project is entirely complete per this scope and any chat items finished
