Web Fileserver for upload and download for s2s

Hello, we need a stable, fast and secure web file-server for s2s (service2service) upload and download. The server must handle ~2.000.000 files On file-upload: The client sends a file and a token to the server via http POST. The server has to check the token over http first. Upload one file: If the token is confirmed, the server saves the file and returns the file-name and path to the client Upload two files: The client post a second file with the same filename (without the filename extension) to the server. The server saves the file as “[login to view URL]” and returns the status File deletion: Some files will be deleted per filename. The order comes from a server. Other files will be deleted automatically after a time span of ~2 weeks. Server: CENTOS 6.7 (must work on CENTOS 7.x to) The web-server and the application-server can be chosen freely for best performance, security and stability on a height traffic server. In the production the server will be run only as file server. No other applications will be running on this server. Please tell us short your concept, how long you need for and the costs.
