Logo for Party group

READ BEFORE SUBMITTING: Logo for party-group in Norway. We have an old logo/skecth, but we need someone to make it look great and more realistic. So we need a new, better logo based on the attachment. Please see attachment. Every year Norwegian students create party-groups 1 year before graduation. We need a logo for a party-group. The style of the logos used for party-groups is very distinctive. Background: We want the background to be a distinct kaleidoscope, with a clear pattern in the middle that gradually "fade" into the edges. The colors we want should be primarily blue, pink, orange and purple and maybe a little yellow and that these also "fade" slightly into each other. The font we want to be inspired by the previous party group "Ustabil 2019" that is attached. We want a beautiful woman in the center of the logo. We want the "Kaleidoscope" to stand above the lady and that "2020" should be under. We would like the Kaleidoscope in her hand to be more in focus and more visible (from old logo, please see attachment), as well as we would like the pattern in the glass to appear more clearly like a kaleidoscope- pattern. We want a lady in the middle of the logo. The lady needs to look as realistic as possible. The women should have brown hair, brown eyes and a warm neutral color on her lips. We want the lady to be feminine, by having a marked body and curves. We want the lady to be suntan and that highlights, and shadows should lie naturally. We want the lady to be left facing, but not completely profile and also not completely portrait. The lady should be cut at waist level, so only the upper body is visible in logo. Inspired by the Party-group "Ustabil 2019" which in turn lies attached. The top of the lady should be black, and we want it to have thin straps, and that it again shows off the curves of the lady. Final files needs to be Jpg, Png/transparent PNG, ai. /psd + vector files for print.
