Experienced ML time-series prediction specialist with C++

I am looking for an experienced ML time-series prediction developer/data scientist to work on a project. You: - Must have a track record of successful ML time-series prediction projects. - Must have up-to-date knowledge of C++. - Must be an expert in building scale-able AI-powered algorithms in TensorFlow. - Must be an expert in debugging TensorFlow models. - Must be a believer in the merits of Test Driven Development. - Must be able to write and speak in English, clearly and fluently. - Must be fluent with git. - Must be willing to sign an NDA (at a later stage in the interview process).
