Binary Matrix - open to bidding

We have a website already in place but we need some modifications. We are not a mlm company and we do not have compensation plan. Our website is for multiple sales funnels, is a marketing system and is free system for all our members. We have integrate as we call 'Rotator' every member can only have 2 direct member (affiliate), the rotator what it does is that when someone bring traffic or invites someone to our website and this new member decides to join one of the 4 companies we offer... the rotator check if the sponsor have 2 members and if does the rotator will put this new member with the next member that has not members under him. We are using a binary downline (matrix) and what we doing is filling all the spaces from left to right, so we want this modification... Modification 1: We want the rotator put new affiliates been place under the genealogy of the sponsor that is bringing the new affiliate, the rotator will check if the sponsor have 2 people if does, the rotator will check if this 2 have 2 if they do have 2, the rotator will check under them and this will repeat until find the spaces inside the genealogic of the sponsor that referred the new affiliate. can you help us? Can you do this? How much and how much time? We just start this project so if you give us a good price and good job we will hire you again! We will need this Modification done in the next 2 weeks.
