Data logging of phone signal and GPS position

I need a simple app written that automatically records phone signal strength (dBm) at set intervals, along with GPS coordinates. Data is to be captured in a spreadsheet with the following fields: Signal Strength (dBm) X Coord Y Coord Time Network operator (NOT ESSENTIAL) Tower ID (NOT ESSENTIAL) Connection type (2G/3G/HSDPA etc.) (NOT ESSENTIAL) Ideally, the program will be able to adjust data collection frequency based on distance (e.g. "record a point every 10 metres"), but if not, a time variable will suffice (1 second, 2 seconds, 5 seconds etc...) A large amount of data will be collected, and collection will occur with the iPhone mounted on the windscreen of a vehicle travelling at relatively slow speeds ~40kmph. Obviously the GPS will have to be able to work without data connection. There is no need for a refined GUI as this app will not be marketed or sold.
