Finish my Ionic 3 authentication with backend RoR and gem Knock

I developed a backend in Rails 5 with API mode, it had installed the Knock gem for authentication using jwt. The backend works like a charm with Postman, I'm able to create new users and ask for authentication tokens, but I can't do that using my Ionic app. I've created the home, login and signup pages, and an authentication provider for consuming the Rails API, and at this moment the application is able to create new users. I will be extremely happy if you can finish the authentication functionality so I could be able to ask for a jwt using the app and send authenticated requests to the API. Please tell me if you need more details, I've hosted my source code on github, and I'm deploying the backend on Heroku.

I'm not sure what Lonic is, but I've set up JWT many times in Rails + Vue systems (should be the same thing). Most probably the problem is in your devise settings, judging from the way you're describing it.
