Sprint 1 from 3 – develop IOS app very similar to shopping application Organizational aspects: 1. This is first sprint from 3 for app development. Total budget for 3 sprints is 1000$ (budget per each sprint is Sprint1 – 400$, Sprint2 – 300$, Sprint3 – 300$). Most likely the person, who will be selected for Sprint1 and provides good services will be extended to next sprints. 2. Total time for development and testing 6 weeks 3. Time for current sprint – 3 weeks 4. Payment terms – NO AVDVANCES. Payments are made only upon the completion per each sprint. 5. Completion criteria per sprint (Sprint 1 is current scope): a. Following capabilities are supported and work: • logins using social networks and email – Sprint 1 • confirmation of the phone number via received text message – Sprint 1 • registration of the address of delivery – Sprint 1 • browsing through items – Sprint 2 • item search by keyword – Sprint 2 • filters application to search results – Sprint 2 • creating and modifying an order (order is saved in the database) - Sprint 1 • order confirmation after final prices are received - Sprint 1 • reporting regarding previous orders and status of current orders - Sprint 1 • ratings - Sprint 2 • usage of badges when some events are occurred – Sprint 2 • Bugs fixing – all Sprints. 6. Deliverables: a. Code of the application which covers functionality related to Sprint 1. The project should compile with no errors in XCode and deployed by without errors on the iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, 6, 6S, 6Plus, iPad, iPad, iPad Air, iPad Mini 7. List of Deliverables Brief description and requirements of the app: 1. This is a typical shopping app, where user selects items with preliminary prices from the registers and makes checkout 2. Total number of screens is about 20 3. The difference with typical shopping app that after check out user will receive a message with final prices and should confirm the order or modify it 4. Supported functionality: logins using social networks, confirmation of the phone number via received text message, registration of the address of delivery, browsing through items, item search by keyword, filters application to search results, creating and modifying an order, order confirmation after final prices are received, reporting regarding previous orders and status of current orders, ratings, usage of badges when some events are occurred 5. Must support resolution of Iphone (4,5,6,6+) 6. Must support resolution of Ipad 2, 3, Air, Mini, Pro (4,5,6,6+) 7. Russian language will be used in the app (we’ll help with that) Current position: 1. Currently we have developed a database which will store all necessary information using Oracle Apex 2. App design (screens) are also developed. PSD files will be provided to the developer. Developer should adapt a design for ipad. Responsibility matrix: 1. Supplier – all the development activities, including preliminary testing, providing list of needed APIs 2. Customer – development of APIs (Json), modification of database if needed, final testing of the app, list of bugs and enhancements to be fixed/created
