Build a Google vertex AI model and data pipeline

I need to build a data pipeline that pulls data from a MySQL server, then analyzes data to create a health score. Initial version could just collect historical data in BigQuery, then run a predetermined metric that is also stored in the MySQL database- this is multi-tenet- so you would pull data every hour then loop through each “tenent”, once score is calculated then we push updated score back to MySQL.
This will be on Google cloud gcp- but will need you to do a design first then do implementation.
The data will be in a json blob- so pipeline will need to flatten and validate etc.
Eventually we will want to add an AI model into this but for now it can just be Pipelines with big query, but looking for a cost effective solution- we don’t want to run vms 24x7 but design it so that it is event based and one complete no more charges other than just storage.
