Bookkeeper / Accountant / Office Manager

JOB DUTIES • Ensure that bank is reconciled and transactions are properly classified (Bank Reconciliation) • Maintain the master vendor file and ensure all bills are paid accurately (Accounts Payable) • Record and collect customer payments (Accounts Receivable) • Assist in closing process each month and prepare financial statements • Update and distribute Metrics and KPIs to the organization • Various ad-hoc projects, analysis and audit in off times • Assist in Payroll and HR related activities (onboarding, run payroll, benefits) • Other office manager related duties such as ordering supplies, snacks, etc. (very minimal) • Attending meetings, taking notes, organizing cloud folders, and other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bookkeeping Experience: 3+ or more years • Netsuite Experience (we use Netsuite) Netsuite Certification a plus • Quickbooks experience is also ok, but prefer Netsuite • Proficient Excel Knowledge • Attention to detail, accuracy and punctuality • Excellent written communication skills with customers and internal team • Diplomacy, discretion and decision-making a must • You love reconciling bank statements, giving folks accurate numbers and being part of a small team
