Quick job. We need someone to put the finishing touches on a pdf file for a book being printed with IngramSpark. Interior text only. Job consists of three parts: 1. Format all pages to the correct dimensions: 5.5" x 8.5" (140mm x 216mm) with a 1" margin. 2. Add page numbers at center bottom beginning at page 11 and ending on 41. No numbers on the first 10 or the final blank page 42. Also omit numbers from the illustrated pages 20 and 28. 3. Add title in the header (except on the first page of a chapter and the illustrated pages) beginning on page 12. THE STORY OF A DISAPPEARANCE AND AN APPEARANCE should appear in small letters at the tops of pages 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34. NOTES in small letters at the top of pages 36, 37, 38, 39, 40. You will be editing a pdf file that we will provide.
