I'm looking for a PHY/MYSQL/Javascript/Ajax wiz who specializes in optimizing the speed loading of dynamic websites.
I'll pay you a base of $250 USD to optimize the page loading speed/google page speed insight issues + the bounty listed on the bottom IF you get speed loading of test page under a certain time.
This is a job for really smart people who can earn even more money by what they can do.
== THE PROBLEM ==
I've recently had coding done for a website, but the speed loading is just atrocious all around. There is a lot going on in the page, a lot of images, a lot of mysql database accesses, a lot of content etc.
Currently, the site is on cloudflare and I've got a dedicated server
However, the code for a couple of the pages (homepage and list pages) needs some serious optimization for speed.
The goal is to radically decrease page loading time and also improve the google page loading score.
I leave it up to you on how you want to fix the speed loading issues.
*Create Cache for data loaded from MYSQL with cron jobs updating it every few minutes.
*minify html/css/javascript
*optimize all the images
*whatever other tricks you have.
Here is example of the dynamic template list pages that need serious page loading (this is the biggest one and the worst case example) optimization:
[login to view URL]
here is another example of the same dynamic template:
[login to view URL]
Here is what google page load suggests:
Leverage browser caching
Optimize images
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Minify HTML
Enable compression
Minify JavaScript
You must be able to do all the above so these are not brought up by google pagespeed insights as problems AND you must be able to modify/hack the PHP code and MYSQL and Javascript/AJAX code to increase the speed. And you are likely going to have to create a cache system so all database info on that page is accessed from a text file so MYSQL queries are not pulled so often, etc.
Note: homepage currently has problem script disabled but I can enable it and show an example. The script adds 30 seconds to loadingtime. You will need to write a cache solution for the mysql database accesses to fix the loading issue.
==WHAT I AM EXPECTING==
*The Googe PageSpeed insights score goes from the 70's into the 90's consistently
*all the issue brought up by google pagespeed insights fixed
*a custom caching system is implemented for the homepage dynamic part
*the page load speed drastically reduced. Using ([login to view URL])
the HOMEPAGE and LIST Template pages show a vastly reduced load time. I want to see load times at most 10 seconds.
The worst example is /[login to view URL] [login to view URL] gives a 60 second loading time for.
This page [login to view URL] gets a loading time near 30 seconds.
The fixes and optimizations should apply to ANY of the dynamic list templates, but for this bounty part, we will use [login to view URL] However, any list created on the site, after you are finished, should load in a fraction of the time (1/10 or so).
Additionally, I'll offer bonuses
List dynamic template page loading (top 25 books list page) under 7 seconds
a $100 bonus
If you can get the page loading under 6.0 seconds:
a $150 bonus
If you can get the page loading under 5.0 seconds:
a $200 dollar BONUS
If you can get the page loading under 4.0 seconds:
a $250 dollar BONUS
Under 3.0 seconds (using pingdom):
a $300 bonus
Under 2.0 seconds (using pingdom):
a $350 bonus
== TO APPLY ==
1) Send me a list of how you propose to fix loading time issues for:
*The Homepage
*the dynamic list page template
*Server optimizations
2) Tell me how fast you think you can get the list pages to load
3) Tell me your experience and what you've done before that makes you qualified for this job.
