Implementing Flash FileUpload for .NET C#

I need help implementing the following multi file upload/download pre-built flash movie to work with ASP .Net using C# language. This is what I need 1) A simple .NET VS 2003 (and VS 2005 version of it) project with one simple page that will display the flash movie as in [ [login to view URL]][1]. User will make few selection to upload. When upload button is clicked in the flash, control should come to the ASP.NET C# page, and should start uploading the file to a web server location. The server location will be provided once the bid is accepted.
