Outlook Add-In Project

We are looking for a good programmer with experience in Outlook COM add-ins. We are seeking a clone of a commercial product for handling incoming email. Features requested can be found at [login to view URL] The product can be developed in VB or C but must be compatible with Outlook 98 - 2004. The finished product will be used as a base for ongoing development along a vertical path. The successful bidder here will have the opportunity to work on this project through at least 4 major upgrades over the next 12 months.
