Wordpress plugin/software to import pictures

I'm looking for a Wordpress plugin OR a Windows software that would allow me to import a bunch of pictures to a Wordpress website for future publishing. Each picture imported would have a publish date set in the future and with a set interval between each one of them.

This could be done either as a Wordpress plugin (PHP) or as a Windows program, I will leave that to the coder.

## Deliverables

**Requirements for either version (Wordpress plugin or Windows application):**

**1.-** If the software is created as a Wordpress plugin, it must be capable of reading a list of pictures stored in a folder on the server.

If it is created as a Windows application, then it must be capable of reading the files from a folder on the local computer and transfer them using Wordpress engine (without requiring FTP/SFTP/SSH access).

**2.-** Each post must have a publish date in the future. A start time, interval between posts and the number of pictures to include in each post would be specified at the time of importing (x number of minutes, hours, days, etc).

**3.-** The name of the post would be the same as the name of the picture inside the post. For example, for the picture: **[url removed, login to view]**

the post would be named: **Vacation in Hawaii** and the slug "vacation-in-hawaii".

**4.-** The picture posted must have appropriate html tags: "alt text, title". These must be set to the same name of the picture.

**5.-** The plugin or the Windows application must be capable to work with Wordpress 2.6 and up.

**6.-** The software must be capable to work with any reasonable number of pictures (from 1 to 1,000).

**7.-** The software should be capable to detect if a post name with the same name already exists and rename the new one accordingly. Wordpress already does that for content published the normal way.

**Requirements for the Windows app (if you choose to go that way):**

**1.-** The program must store in some way the login information for the websites it has published pictures to before. This would be to make it easier to re-publish pictures to a site used before.
