2-4 Minute Flash Multimedia Presentation **Project Description ** We are looking to develop a multimedia Flash presentation. The finished format should be open and flexible and launch and play automatically on any platform (Windows, Mac). A Flash video player is a possible solution, but we are open to suggestions. The presentation will be used to highlight a recent inaugural music festival. The arrangement must have a WOW factor. The presentation will consist of video clips, voice over, jpegs, animated text and effects, all synchronized to a soundtrack. It should have an intro and then a user selected menu for more information. The Flash video player (with support for Flash Players 7 and 8) will parse and playback a video list, loop through all videos in the play list and then repeat. The Flash video controls should be customized with a Play/Pause button, Volume/Mute, and a count-down showing the remaining time for each video. Coder/Designer to provide graphic styles for the buttons, dimensions for the player, and video data structure. Logo, photos, media files and music will be provided by the Client. Coder/Designer can supply additional graphics as needed. Graphic MUST be pre-approved by the Client prior to adding them to the presentation. Coder/Designer must provide timescales along with their bid and examples of similar projects that have been worked on. **Targeted Message:** The presentation should target primarily music lovers but should also appeal to businesses and potential sponsors. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)parent files, code, artwork/photos/graphics, fonts, etc should also be delivered upon completion of project for archives. Open Type or cross platform fonts preferred to ensure compatibility of print collateral on multiple platforms (Windows and Mac) ## Platform Presentation must work on both Windows and Mac platforms
