Changes to a wordpress template

I have a wordpress template which needs to be adjusted - we'll discuss the total workflow, but in essence:
Add logo to template
Adjust color
Add widgets +/- 5-10 standard widgets
Add google map of office location
Enable candidates to upload and send documents through site - you'll probably find a widget which does the trick
migrate site from production site to server incl database
Move old site to new location/server
Both sites are hosted at same location, should be a minimum hassle
Secure overall professional look and feel

Don't, I repeat don't, bid unless you are absolutely 100% sure that you know wordpress inside and out, can communicate in English and can migrate the site. This is a very, very simple assignment, but you need to be professional about it. I am by no means difficult as employer (please check references), but recently it took three different freelancers three (3!) weeks to perform a 10 minute simple graphic task, which is just absurd!
Also, if your references are less than perfect score, or if you are new and don't have any references, don't bid!
And NO, don't bid if you want the entire sum upfront - it's not going to happen.
