Need A One Page Multi-Media Wordpress Theme Created

We have many more projects to follow this for the right developer. Theme Overview for CMS: Published web page will be HTML5 and full responsive cross-browser compliance. 1. Must be able to set permissions for Custom theme CMS portion access. 2. Ability to change colors of non-static areas of the page, and change static images. 3. Ability to add/change/remove page title with link and hover highlight (top right of example page). 4. Ability to Add/Change static slogan (below video and scrolling message area). 5. Ability to change scrolling message (with font and font size basic control). 6. Ability to change video embed code; html5 compliant, iframe and legacy embeds, all top video sharing sites (vimeo, youtuve, etc.). 7. Slick way of emailing the page link with custom email message to their contacts (individual or selected from their contact list). 8. Ability to add/change "send" buttons related email address, and ability for social network sharing to FB and Twitter - <100xtv@[login to view URL]> by default. 9. Social buttons only appear if linked - by default; FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, My, and 100x all linked to us. If link is removed the icon will be removed and nest itself in a clean way with the remaining buttons if any. 10. Ability to add a logo graphic as seen in the footer of the page demo, with basic self-adjusting parameters for insertion in that relative area and ability to add a link to it. 11. 100% ownership and usage of this theme will be reserved by employer. To Discuss depending on Workers level of expertise: 1. Ability to add overlay annotations on a timeline,or static and perpetual to be added to the video viewing area via layers (on page as is and full screen); logo, message with links througout video, or calls to action message and/or link at end of video - similar to [login to view URL] (<[login to view URL]>). 2.
