Printing website (web2print) using FPDF or TCPDF

I require a web2print site with the following functionality 0. Online quoting system with option to print and email. 1. WYSIWYG for customers to create dynamic proofs or upload files at anytime which would be stored on a server or sent to our email and at the same time creates a proof displayed on the screen for approval and can recreate the proof with changes if necessary until it is approved. 2. Designs are stored on server as print-ready PDF files and in customer account for future reorders. 3. Full ecommerce system (billing, invoicing, customer login, customer history, import, export). 4. CMS to add/remove/edit pages. 5. Ability to add and remove submitted files. 6. Rotating ads on front page to highlight weekly specials. 7. Must use fPDF or TCPDF as the web2print engine. 8. Multi-language support 9. Affiliate scheme. Ability to run mirror sites where all print orders are received into a funnel and site owners can amend profit variables as they please.
