229482 PSD to Joomla 1.5 Conversion

Project Description IMPORTANT!!!! READ BEFORE BIDDING! Template needs to be done as soon as possible Be sure that you know that you can build this template! Keep to the schedule, if you say 5 days then mean it! IMPORTANT!!!! READ BEFORE BIDDING! - Convert PSD to CSS template for Joomla 1.5 -Install a PHPBB forum with a bridge on a server so that users only have to login once. The Jpeg that is attached will be a PSD with all of the layers in it. The PSD file has to become a css template and has to work with Joomla 1.5. On the top is the main menu ( HOME | FILMSMAKEN | FILMSCHOOL | etc. ) this have to be a dropdown menu. The red box in the left colum is the submenu. This has a different style (Red color) then the rest of the items showing on the left side. We want the text of this red box to be a little smoother then the standard text, so I think we will have to put gifs (flattened text) in here to make it look like this. The rest of the components are going to be a dark grey/almost black color. On the middle there is the content with rounded borders. On top of that that says Home > Filmmaken is the path where you are located at that moment. On the right side a banner for sponsers. We also need a PHPBB forum on this website with a bridge to joomla Specifications -the template must work on joomla 1.5 without legacy mode on. -template must follow the W3C standards. -The template must work without any problems on both Firefox, IE7 and Especially IE6. No need for installing the background installation of joomla or adding content to the website. A Mysql database can be provided and a basic installation of Joomla 1.5. Thanks. Jeff.
