217885 Convert CSS template to Joomla

I have a photoshop image with the design of the website, we would like to convert this image to a CSS template for joomla 1.5.

There also need te be a forum on the website with a bridge installed between the forum and joomla. The main menu has to be a dropdown menu. The rest of the site is a little basic.

we will provide the following:

- all the graphics (logo,header image, bg images)

We need:

0. the template must work on joomla 1.5 without legacy mode on.

[url removed, login to view] must follow the W3C standards.

[url removed, login to view] template must work without any problems on both Firefox, IE7 and Especially IE6.

No need for installing the background installation of joomla or adding content to the website.
