Mysql database connection - repost

Recently my site I have been working on was moved from one server to another server by my hosting company as the site came to a complete lag. They could never figure out the issue however after they changed servers and uploaded a backup copy the site was back up and working. As I was adding back the modifications to the site, which is PHPPROBID Auction Software, I started receiving messages anytime I would alter or add to the table. I have pasted a message below showing what it reads:

A Mysql error has occurred while running the script:

The query you are trying to run is invalid

Mysql Error Output: Unknown column 'enable_horizontal_subcat' in 'field list'

SQL Query: UPDATE probid_layout_setts SET enable_horizontal_subcat='1', nb_subcategory_column='3'

The words change to correspond with whatever modification I am adding that includes any work to the database but always the same message. These were modifications that I had added prior (and worked without issue) until now. The hosing company claims it is an issue with my "SQL qurey syntax."

I currently have the files uploaded that follow this message and will provide you with what changes were made and needed for the modification. I believe it is an issue with connection opposed to script and once it is fixed I can upload the other modifications without a problem. Please contact me if you are interested in looking at and fixing the issue.
