I am switching from standard shared hosting to a VPS and need a system admin to facilitate the transfer. I would use the hosting providers services but I have a variety of sites and scripts installed with a ton of databases and I think that a straight up copy would cause some of the functionality to disappear. Also have to move the SSL certificate, etc. I am looking for a system administrator that is capable of not only migrating the data and databases but also testing everything and getting it all set up correctly in the new VPS. Please include your experience in these kinds of operations.
