PHP script to load data in database ETL

I need a scrip something like ETL in PHP that will take care of the following database, each on its own class well documented: - one class to load data in MuSQL, - one class to load in Postgres's - one class to load in oracle - one class to load in sql server all class should be flexible so I can run any of them that I need and rest will be disabled.... all class must be able in a way to load file loaded in separate table and make sure not to load same file two times.... after loading any files it should .. - rename the file to loaded at the end of the file - and load that file with timestamp to separate table so make sure it will not load it again next time when it check it... please write YES if you read all description it's important to me and only bid if you can do this....
