Outlook SMS add-in enhancements

I have an existing project that is an Outlook COM add-in written in VB6, I would very much like to add more funtionality to this project but do not have the time or all of the knowledge to complete.

The purpose of the add-in is to send SMS messages through my server. I will have to work in partnership with the coder to ensure that all of the functions that I require are facilitated from a web service running on my servers.

To bid for this project you must have a very good understanding of com add-ins and the outlook model. There is no time for a learning curve and I want to benefit from the knowledge of the coder and for the coder to perhaps assist in the design of some of the features.

In summary the additional functionality I require is;

When sending a message there is currently a to: and cc: listbox, I want the user to be able to type a name in either box and for the names to be search and auto filled like outlook email.

When sending an SMS message I want the additional function of sending a message to the users email address as a CC

I require integratation with calendar and tasks to send alerts via sms on a daily basis in the case of the daily schedule or as a reminder of an appointment.

I require a bulk import routine for uploading csv or xls files and the fields being sent in the content of the message like a mail merge.

I require assistance with encrypting the message sent to include a password via email or HTTP

Finally I would like someone to go through the rest of the code and make sure that there are no problems..

The work requries knowledge of mesage templates, installation procedures and the outlook model.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
