i am a student doing diploma in webdesign, i have college assignment php website that i dont have time to finish due to family commitment. the project is for website that user can upload and download and comment on pictures that been taken from photographer from all over the world. i already have all the pictures (30) that need for the site and the database with the picture links to it. that i strated to create template using dreamweaver and created few pages, i need pages like, log in, sign up, upload picture, browse and search pages. very basic as this is a student project. i already created the index page. please read [login to view URL] to see what need to be done.i attached 3 folders. worldinpicture are templates and php files i created. please feel free to edit/redo anythings i created. Description of Task Your client owns the domain name www.worldinpictures.org. The idea behind the web site, he wants to have created, is quite straightforward. Photographers from all over the world will be able to submit their own photos relating (geographically, culturally etc) to the places they live or visit. Photographs can only be submitted and commented by a registered user/photographer. The general public will be able to create and add short comments for every single photograph. A flexible search tool will be provided to show photos for a given region etc. Your database satisfies the following requirements: 1. Locations are listed at three different levels: World Region (for example “Australia and Oceania”) Country (Australia) Location (Melbourne) 2. Searching for photos can be done by location or photographer name. 3. Thumbnails can be ignored for the purpose of this assignment, simply display the image rescaled to a smaller size. 4. Images will be stored in directories with file names recorded into the database. For public users of the web site: 1. Provide easy access to the stored photographs via flexible search facilities. For example: you should be able to navigate to an appropriate location, or search by using part of the location name, or by using part of the photographer name 2. In the search, when you go through 3 stages (region, country, and location) display how many photographs are available for a given selection. 3. You have to be able to display all photographs satisfying the search conditions in a table/grid/list as thumbnails or in a full view - one photograph per page. 4. When you use full view, display a photograph with author's comments and other viewers' comments. Comments might use HTML formatting. 5. You should be able to add a comment to the current photograph. 6. Insert/register a new user/photographer. For registered users/photographers of the web site: 7. A login facility, to be used before file uploading. 8. Modify your own personal details e.g. password, email etc. 9. A page that would allow you to upload the photograph, add a photographer's comment (one per photograph). For the simplicity the photographs are to be stored in the “photos” directory. Use images directory for all other images. (Note: the number of pages required and the navigation between pages is up to you)
