Experienced web designer/programmer needed to overhaul existing wordpress site, or start from stratch. Current site uses zeeStyle template, and fell victim to an error when recently updating a plugin. If this needs to be resolved before beginning, winning bidder should be prepared to address. Overview of the site: Real estate directory with multiple target audiences, including buyers, sellers, and industry professionals. Relevant content will also be included as blog posts and pages. A professional, cutting-edge look and feel is important. Of equal importance is ease of use. Winning bidder will be provided URLs of competing sites for reference. Project needs: Customization of existing theme, or Design of new theme and page templates to achieve desired look and feel (preferred). Create custom directory for site users to upload pictures and details of properties. Directory should require registration for uploading properties/info, and have future ability to charge users. Browsing and searching will be free. Includes option to receive email alerts when properties are added matching user set criteria. The directory will be one of the site's main features, and must be well designed. Additional suggestions by winner are welcome. A second directory needed that allows users to register and enter info into predefined form fields. Registration also required to upload data, with future ability to charge for use. Logo for site needed, with files available in various sizes for social media. Ideally the winning bidder is willing to make revisions to initial site/page templates and logo, within reason, as requested until look is finalized. There are plans to expand upon the site down the line, and also create several other. If we work well together, this could lead to future business.
