Article Tool

This bid request is for a program that sends articles to a list of publishers that have requested to receive the articles. The program should function as follows: 1. Step through each publisher contact address in the ezine ? ? file. <strike>2. Randomly select a resource box from the resource box ? ? file. Resouce boxes are seperated by a blank line. </strike>2. Step through the resource box selecting a new resource box for each article submission, when the end of the file is reached start again with the first resource box. Resource boxes are seperated by a blank line. 3. Send article to email address from ezine file with ? ? subject line from the ezine file and randomly selected ? ? resource box appended to the end of the article. The program needs to be able to support regular SMTP sending of email and SSL SMTP secure email. Fields User Will Enter: Article File (sample is [login to view URL]) Resource Boxes File (sample is [login to view URL]) Ezine File (sample it [login to view URL]) Author Name SMTP Server Configuration The program also needs to be able to do substitution of wild cards in article to find and replace the authors name, the ezine name and the editors name for each email sent. Here are samples of the wild cards: {author} {ezine} {editor} This program needs to be a regular program people install on there local computer, not a web application. Attached are sample files.
