Your target is to create a basic HTML-website, based on the design (attachment added).The design may be slightly altered in order to raise quality of the site. The website has to be developed in a SEO-friendly way (as for the development aspects) The website will include following pages (and must be developed that way that the navigation can be extended easily). Pages home, projecten, referenties, links, vacatures, bereikbaarheid Navigation bar As in the design, concept of [login to view URL] • Home (homepage of the site) • Projecten (projects of the building company) • Realisaties (references of the company) • Links (links to interesting pages) • Vacatures (jobs) • Map (how to reach the company) Projecten and Referenties must work like [login to view URL] • The page [login to view URL] [login to view URL]: overview of projecten (image with name) • The different project pages: list of all projects/ references. When clicked, detail page is showed, and user can click numbers for more pictures. Contact data must be visible in the navigation bar at all time (as in [login to view URL]) Expectations/ platform The website has to be • W3C valid; XHTML and CSS/ tableless design • Cross browser compatible (main focus: IE6, IE7, Safari and Firefox) • Scalable (main focus: 1024x768 or higher): no scrolling (if possible) ! • hosted on our server. • user-friendly for the visitor and administrator. It must be easy to replace content, pictures and extend navigation possibilities. (easily updatable with Dreamweaver eg. template or notepad) Deliverables General 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Specific 1) All source files have to be added (non encrypted html and scriptfiles, layered psd files with fonts included) 2) There is a gallery section. This needs to be set up so that when you click the thumb nail (205px ?- 136px) the new page with picture shows up (420px ?- 281px). 3) The HTML code needs to be marked up very well so that I can go back and make changes down the road. 4) The site will need to be loaded onto my hosting account ([login to view URL]) which I will give you access too. Other requirements Developer may use a testaccount on hosting server, so I can follow up development. I require 2 days after final design to test the entire website to insure it applies to my standards. Coder must agree to make changes as long as they fall within the original outline of the bid.
