We are looking for a simple lead management system with four basic categories i.e.

1. LEAD

2. OPPORTUNITY

3. QUOTATION

4. NEGOTIATION

If the lead is Won or Lost, we want that to go in archive with reason why we won or why we lost.

When an opportunity matures, there should be a single click to convert into a quotation.

All fields on the quotation page should be editable and finally export in .pdf format.

The final total should automatically be calculated at the bottom of the quotation.

So basically it will have Customer table + Products table + taxes table + User management.

So when a lead / opportunity is created,

We need Admin and User separate logins and reports

We need a log of all the events of a particular lead when we click on that lead to track the changes from time to time.

We need a to do / task manager with reminder / notifications

We would also like to have facility to dial out directly from the lead. I don;t know how this is possible? but I have heard using some open source IPPBX, this is also possible.
