Build A Customized POS application

The software is a point of sale application There will be 3 Major User Roles ADMIN, SUB –ADMIN AND CASHIER ADMIN FUNCTIONALITIES • Admin can add coins • Admin can set coins amount • Admin can create/delete/modify/ban Cashier account • Admin can create/delete/modify/ban Sub-Admin account • Admin can view all financial transactions (Daily,Weekly,Monthly) • Admin will have all User-Privileges. • Admin can view un-used and re-Used coins count. SUB-ADMIN FUNCTIONALITIES • Sub-Admin can monitor financial transactions of cashiers • Sub-Admin can view coins count, Un-used coin count and re-used coin count. CASHIER FUNCTIONALITIES • Cashier collects money from customer • Cashier taps on the game type on the screen • Cashier selects the number of coins to be purchased • Ticket is printed out via the Thermal Receipt printer. • Cashier can create profile for customer OTHER FUNCTIONALITIES UNUSED COINS • Customer returns unused coin • Cashier creates a profile for customer • Casher records un-used coin with the customer’s profile. • Customer receives an SMS alert and email notification from Games Planet with a random 6 digits virtual code. RE-USE COINS • Customer meet the cashier • Provide the cashier with Virtual Code • Cashier can search the Voucher Code and in case the customer can’t remember the Voucher Code, the Cashier can search with customer’s name, email or mobile number. • The available coins will reflect in customer’s profile • Cashier can deduct coins and receipt is printed out. While coins is given to customers to be used. OTHER POINTS • Each Cashier will have their unique accounts. • Receipt will be customized to show the cashier that served the ticket. • Any cashier can collect and record un-used coins and it will show the history at the admin end, the exact name of the cashier that collected the un-used coin • Any cashier can re-issue un-used and the record will show in the history panel at the admin end likewise the exact name of the cashier that re-issued the un-used coin I have an existing POS application that you can modify to suit.
