Build search engine to be used in a 3rd party 1+million pdf database

I will insert tags fields for each as per PDF content so when user will search for them, they can get them up. It' the only way to index them and implement searching functionality. But I will need your help in this regards. Thanks, Barry K

Extracting Data from PDF Doc.(I will prefer to use Apache Tika for this) Indexing the Data to Apache solr(Rest full services written in java would talk to SOLR Cloud) Providing search capability by leveraging the the power of Apache solr.
