Build a website similar to gamebattles

We would like to build a website similar to gamebattles(dot) com. However, we would also be developing add-ons (which can be installed AFTER the tournament/ladder site is installed). The add-ons would be similar to installing a Joomla extension or Wordpress plugin. The function that we would like to add to the main functionality is a simple to use template system so that it is easy to create and deploy a new site template. For add-ons: 1> Double elimination and round-robin tournaments as options. 2> We would like to integrate forums (phpBB will be the first, then vBulletin, etc...) 3> A store so that teams can sell their merchandise 4> Advertising 5> Newsletter There may be other add-ons that we will want to implement as well. We need someone (or a team) that will work very closely with us. The person/team MUST be available for Skype/Zoom meetings as needed. We understand that this can be a rather large project and will take some time. Whatever price we agree on with you we will pay in phases, as tasks are completed. As we pay for a completed phase, we expect to receive a copy of the project. (For instance, the main phase will be the completion of the tournament/ladder site - we will then make one payment for that phase - you must then release the code/script for that phase of the site) When making your bid please account for the main site as well as ALL the above addons. We will NOT get to a point in the project and pay money for incomplete tasks/phases. We WILL NOT pay in advance for any task/phase. We will not pay MORE than the agreed-upon price. We will work with you to develope a phase/payment schedule, funds for the ENTIRE project WILL NOT be added upfront. We will deposit only the funds for each phase, or if you prefer we will create a project for each task/phase. Also, when bidding please do not simply bid the lowest amount, thinking that you can negotiate a better deal. We expect your best work and respect honesty upfront. The same goes for the amount of time that the project will take (don't say "3 Days" when you know it will take 3 months.) We are open on the budget for this project, please bid as you would like. Don't be afraid to be a higher bid than someone. It's about quality to us. Please ask any questions that you have - we EXPECT you to have good communication with us so that we are all kept in the loop of what is going on.
