Employee Performance management software - Web based

Hey, I'm live in Mumbai, India. I got like 15 years of work experience in Operations and products, have lead teams in various functions Been an entrepreneur for 4 years. I'm a musician and a startup enthusiast. The problem (that my product will solve): Every organisation worth it's salt defines or lays down goals, performance metrics (which are also called KRA/KPI in many organisations) and they want all employees to go after them and achieve. Problem is, there is no real, robust mechanism to track, monitor and measure employee performance. This gap leads to: Teams being clueless Leads to friction between managers and members during reviews Leads to productivity and efficiency leakage. Leads to frustration and churn. Need: I want someone to build (from scratch) a web based Employee Performance management software. This tool will essentially help organisations and teams to monitor, track and measure performance metrics across functions and verticals like Ops, Sales, Tech, HR, Finance and so on. Imagine a tool where a team member gets to see/know how she has been performing with respect to her KPIs/metrics on a daily/weekly, monthly, quarterly and so on basis and how far or close she is to her goals or KRA/KPIs. Imagine managers get to track how teams and team members are performing with useful and sensible dashboards and detailed reports with insights. CXOs and senior leadership gets a birds eye view of all functions performing with data cuts they want to see.
